Charter & Oak

Responsible Gambling

Your well-being matters. We provide tools and resources to help you stay in control of your play.

Self-Exclusion Options

Take control of your gambling with flexible exclusion periods.

Temporary 24-Hour

Take a short break with a 24-hour cooling-off period. Your account will be temporarily suspended and all marketing communications will stop.

7-Day Pause

A one-week break to reassess your play. During this time, you cannot log in, deposit, or receive promotional offers.

30-Day Self-Exclusion

A full month away from the platform. This is ideal if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic and need extended time off.

Permanent Exclusion

Permanently close your account and block access to all Charter & Oak services. This action is irreversible and includes removal from all marketing lists.

Deposit Limits

Set boundaries on how much you can deposit over time.

Daily Limits

Set a maximum deposit amount per day. Once reached, no further deposits can be made until the next calendar day.

Weekly Limits

Control your spending over a 7-day rolling period. Adjustments take effect immediately and can be lowered at any time.

Monthly Limits

Set a monthly cap on total deposits. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.

Session Limits & Reality Checks

Stay aware of your time and spending with automatic reminders.

Time Reminders

Receive on-screen notifications after every 30 minutes of active play, showing your total session duration.

Reality Check

Periodic pop-ups display your net win/loss and time spent, helping you make informed decisions about continuing to play.

Auto-Logout

Automatically log out after a set period of inactivity. You can customize the timeout duration in your account settings.
